Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations prior to your order being shipped. To cancel your order, contact us by calling 502-445-9471 or emailing us at dgcmd@ceelanaturals.com. Include your order number in the subject line when emailing.

Refunds & Returns

If you would like to exchange or return a product purchased from Ceela Naturals for any reason please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the product by calling 502-445-9471 or emailing us at dgcmd@ceelanaturals.com. Upon contacting us you will be provided with instructions for mailing the product back to us. Unless a product is being returned due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error by Ceela Naturals, customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with their return. In the event that your products are defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide you with a pre-paid UPS return label. Products that are returned for any reasons other than those previously listed will not be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label. Shipping damage may be pursued through the carrier as products are insured. Once we receive the returned product container(s) we will refund the full purchase price (minus shipping charges) to the original payment method within two business days. Once processed, refunds to credit cards can take 2 business days before the transfer shows in your account. We do not charge a restocking fee. All international sales are final and non-refundable.

We ask that you look at our video on how to apply the creams: they are concentrated. These creams contain many nutrients that you need. Just a little goes a long way. Please watch our youtube video before telephoning us at 502 445 9471 to return products… most issues are with the thickness of the creams. These work best if you only dab and press small areas. If you try to spread a full pump, you will have problems. It takes some practice… we know if we fail you there is literally no one else with a similar product. a review on the dab and spread… youtube on exfoliation for body lotion and body wash a simple quick video.

I do not have a specific skin issue. I have used the Ceela products for a handful of months as a regiment to correct my skin biome and these comments are meant as an overview of product I use.

I find the shampoo to be effective as a body wash but as a shampoo it takes a lot to clean my hair and scalp.
I find that neither the squalane oil nor the massage touch replenishes my skin. My skin is dry, and flaky.
Since I do not have a medical skin condition, I question the overall effectiveness on normal, healthy skin. The products do a great job in balancing my skin biome, but do not give me skin that feels moist and soft.
Having said all this, I would greatly appreciate recommendations. If I am not using the right products or the products correctly, please advise.

Overall, I like the products. I need help with proper application or combination use.
