Refunds & Returns
If you would like to exchange or return a product purchased from Ceela Naturals for any reason please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the product by calling 502-445-9471 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon contacting us you will be provided with instructions for mailing the product back to us. Unless a product is being returned due to a manufacturer’s defect or an error by Ceela Naturals, customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with their return. In the event that your products are defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide you with a pre-paid UPS return label. Products that are returned for any reasons other than those previously listed will not be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label. Shipping damage may be pursued through the carrier as products are insured. Once we receive the returned product container(s) we will refund the full purchase price (minus shipping charges) to the original payment method within two business days. Once processed, refunds to credit cards can take 2 business days before the transfer shows in your account. We do not charge a restocking fee. All international sales are final and non-refundable.
